                     Editor's Note

Spring slipped by with a flurry of activities.  I hope everyone has the Illinois Storytelling, Inc Calendar in their favorites to keep up to date with all the storytelling that is going on around the state. There is so much to write about. I hope you grab a cupajoe or a nice tall coke and read about all the stories that are being shared in the Land of Lincoln.

  • The National Storytelling Conference in Pittsburgh is almost here. To find out more...click HERE

  • In case you were wondering...Judy Sima is the Regional rRepresentative on the NSN board. She periodically asks for updates on what Illinois is doing and what ideas we have. Here is her latest report. If you have anything to add to these quarterly reports, just pass it on to me and I'll be sure to get your responses to her.

  • NSN sends out many notices - almost weekly. They like to keep the member up-to-date. Just one of the many benifits to joining NSN. There are newsy bits, ways to get rid of those nasty ink cartridges, and even a great buy on books! Here are some of the latest posts.
