Read carefully there are multiple CHANGES.
v As always, reservations are accepted on a first come, first reserved basis.
v Festival admission has increased. At the door rate in 2006 will be $140. All registration rates for 2006 trip have increased due to festival admission for groups.
v Although the base rate for the motor coach increased minimally, a significant fuel surcharge has been assessed for 2006.
v Motel reservations for 20 rooms have been secured. Rates at all motels in the area have increased. Rooms not booked by Aug. 25 will be cancelled to avoid charges. Refunds and registrations after Aug. 25 may not be possible.
Full package for 2006 is eligible for the Advance rate of $125:
v Transportation by motor coach with two pickup points.
v Lodging at Days Inn Motel in Johnson City.
v Festival admission and local transportation.
Partial packages also available registration for these packages is at the Advance rate of $125 now to April 30, 2006.

As always, the individual cost will depend on the number of participants.
Registration Options:
Advance: $125 Must be received by April 30, 2006
Register: $135 Received after May 1, 2006.
v A non-refundable deposit of $80 is included in the above registration options. Cancellations after August 31, 2006 will be subject to incurred expenses and will be limited.
v Confirmation will be by e-mail or telephone within 3 days of receiving check.
NOTE: Email messages will show Festival Trip in the subject box.
The from box will indicate Ronald Burgess as the Festival Trip address is a business account.
